it looks like i won't be injecting until the morning (for real this time!)  i was thinking
that we need one db for project leaders along with accompaning web interface, or maybe it
can just be an extension table for the login accounts of list members.  the idea is that a
person could register themselves as leader for a specific translation project (mozilla,
openoffice, mandrake, etc) and project contact info (name, and email which might be different
from personal email), a link to a homepage they setup for the project, etc.  this would be
more reliable than using the Last-Translator field in a po because there could be several
people working on translations and who the coordinator is becomes ambiguous.

so a project registry page would pull from this db and should be easier to keep current
sent the leads can change their info without contacting a web master.  is this something you
and nathnael can setup?  this could go a step further where translators that setup accounts
can set the projects that they work on (and set contact info, personal homepage), a project
lead then just gets the extra fields to fill out.
