[am-nlp] Amharic and Tigrinya morphology program update

Dear colleagues,

Here is an update of my Amharic and Tigrinya morphology programs, now  
combined into one program, HornMorpho. There have been numerous fixes  
in each language, especially Tigrinya. Questions, comments,  
corrections, suggestions, and bug reports are very welcome.
