Subject: [ti-l10n] Day Periods in Tigrinya

Greetings All,

As you know in the western world, the day is divided into two
halves around the meridian.  These are the named periods "AM"
and "PM".  In some cultures more divisions name are given to
the day.

I'm trying to collect various examples to build up a case to
supoort more than AM/PM divisions and would like to add an
Eritrean-Tigrinya example.  Please see for examples:

If someone here can provide the division names and times I will
gladly add them to the list.  The data provided would also become
the basis for initial support.
